Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. I enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, and the accommodations were quite comfortable despite the basement-like setup. The online pictures accurately reflected the room's appearance, which was a plus. However, the location right beside a recycling plant was a downside, and it was far from many restaurants.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not ready on time, but I did enjoy the pool and spa, especially considering the reasonable price. The service had moments of kindness but also unnecessary hostility at times. The location was not ideal, being near a recycling plant. The dining options were repetitive, but the overall value for money was decent.
Our place to stay when in Kalispell was a mixed experience. The rooms, while spacious and equipped with necessary amenities like a dishwasher and hideaway beds, unfortunately had a pervasive breakfast food smell. The service was hit or miss, with friendly staff assisting with recommendations but also some issues with training and computer software. The location is convenient for exploring the Flathead Valley, but the property maintenance was subpar in some areas. Dining options varied from wonderful to disappointing, with a mix of food quality. The facilities overall were decent, with laundry services available.
Our stay was fantastic! The hotel had a great pool which was perfect for our family of 6. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, including one king bed and two Queen size sofa beds. The service was very nice and attentive, and the staff were friendly. The location was ideal for accessing the highway to Glacier Park and other attractions. However, the bathroom had some issues with water pressure and hot water. The dining experience was just adequate, with room for improvement in variety. Overall, a good value for the price.
